PLACING AN ORDER
To shop with Ziggy Chen Inventory, you can feel free to click the "shop online inventory" to access our product page, or put your mouse over the head menu and click the category or story that you are interested. You can apply filters in product page to locate a specific product that you are interested in. By clicking the size, then adding to the shopping cart to put the desired item to your shopping cart, and click check out to start the procedure. 
 
ACCOUNT
Account is not mandatory for shopping with Ziggy Chen, however we will still recommend you to register an account in order to experience exclusive customer service, keep updated with latest product release information, special events and projects.
 
CONTACT DETAIL
Customers are required to provide a part of their information such as valid shipping address and receiver's data.  
 
PRE-ORDER AND SPECIAL REQUESTS
Generally, Ziggy Chen does not offer pre-order service or special request. However please feel free to contact customercare@ziggychen.com for detailed information and support.
 
CHANGING OR CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
Once an order is placed, the information are fixed and not able to change, please contact customercare@ziggychen.com as soon as possibile if you would like to cancel or change the order.
 
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once an order is placed and the payment is approved, you will receive an order confirmation email to the address registered in the system. 
 
PREPARATION AND DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER 
Your order will be processed and prepared within 72 hour after you placing the order. Please notice that during specific periods and bank holidays, preparation of orders may experience slight delay, please feel free to contact customercare@ziggychen.com to  verify the status of your order.
 
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped by our logistic partner DHL, we provide worldwide shipping service.
Shipping cost may applied at the checkout procedure. 
Import duties, local taxes and fees are not included, and will be sole responsibility of the client.
 
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, you can track your parcel with this number. 
 
CUSTOM CLEARANCE
In some cases items will undergo a customer clearance procedure, please contact customercare@ziggychen.com for any assistance.
 
PAYMENT
Ziggy Chen accept Master Card, Visa and American Express for credit card payment.
Credit card will be debited automatically when an order is placed.
Price will displayed in EURO delivered in EU zone, and in USD for the rest of the world.
 
WIRE TRANSFER
Ziggy Chen accept wire transfer as an payment option.
Please contact customercare@ziggychen.com after you place an order to obtain the wire transfer information.
It is mandatory to send a copy of wire transfer document to customercare@ziggychen.com within 48H that you make the wire transfer, otherwise your order will be cancelled automatically.
Orders will be dispatched as soon as the payment is approved.
 
RETURN
Ziggy Chen offer a 10 day return period from the receipt of the item.
It is mandatory to contact customercare@ziggychen.com to obtain the the return authorisation. Any return without authorisation will be rejected and the product will be sent back to the buyer with their own costs.
A DHL return label will be sent via email after a return request is authorised, you can schedule a pickup or leave the parcel at a DHL service point. 
Items must be in perfect condition, unworn, undamaged and with the original security tag attached. Returned items will undergo a quality control as soon as they arrived at our warehouse. Return request will be rejected if the item condition does not meet the quality control standard. 
Return shipping fee, import taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the client and will be deducted from the refund.
 
EXCHANGE

Ziggy Chen offer a 10 day exchange period from the receipt of the item.
It is mandatory to contact customercare@ziggychen.com to obtain the the exchange authorisation.
Once the request is approved, a DHL return label will be sent via email,

you can schedule a pickup or leave the parcel at a DHL service point. 
Once the items is arrived and passed the quality control, the exchanged item will be dispatched.
We only accept exchange request of same item in different sizes.
Exchange item must be shipped from the same city corresponding to the original order.
Exchange request will only be approved when the desired sizes are available.
 
REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE 
For products purchased from Ziggy Chen online and Shanghai flagship store, please contact customercare@ziggychen.com for repair and maintenance assistance.
For products purchased from our authorised retailer, please contact the retailer directly for assistance.
