Shipping policy

All orders placed on ziggychen.com will be shipped from our central warehouse located in Shanghai, China. Please require for sizes by emailing customercare@ziggychen.com before placing an order.

For orders shipped within Mainland China, we use SF Express as our designated logistics partner. Shipping fees will be calculated automatically at checkout.

Please note that all purchases made in Mainland China are subject to 13% Value-Added Tax (VAT). The applicable VAT will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout.

For all international orders, we choose DHL as our logistic partner and shipping fee will be calculated during checkout procedure.

For the orders from Russian Federation, based on the local policy, we are not authorised to ship parcels to individuals. We are glad to accept orders with company title and all relative documents.

Otherwise the order will be automatically cancelled and transaction fee is not returnable.

DHL EXPRESS SHIPPING: 30€.

TAXES AND DUTIES:

Please take note that all import fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibilities of the client and are not calculated in the final price shown on the website.

Once the parcel is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to client's email address registered in the system. Ziggy Chen is not responsible for any delay caused by the courier.
