退款政策
Due to the delicacy nature of our products, all items purchased on the ZIGGY CHEN website are not refundable and we do not accept exchanges.
In the event that the Client fails to comply with applicable local customs regulations, including but not limited to providing all required documentation, and such failure results in the return of the Product to the Seller, the Client shall bear full responsibility for all related shipping costs. Such costs shall include, without limitation, a total of sixty euros (€60), comprised of thirty euros (€30) for the original outbound shipment and thirty euros (€30) for the return shipment.
Furthermore, any import taxes, duties, or related fees imposed by Chinese customs upon the re-entry of the returned Product shall be borne exclusively by the Client. The amount of such taxes and fees shall be determined by the relevant customs authority at the time of the Product’s arrival and shall be payable by the Client in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the situation immediately. You will have 3 days to contact us for quality related issues, after 3 days the product would not be eligible for refunds.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
