退款政策
Due to the delicacy nature of our products, all items purchased on the ZIGGY CHEN website are not refundable and we do not accept exchanges, unless there are quality issues related to the product.
If the client does not comply with the local customs to provide necessary documents, causing the product to be sent back, the client will have to cover the shipping fees, ie., 60 euros ( shipping fee 30 euros + shipping fee for return 30 euros).
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the situation immediately. You will have 3 days to contact us for quality related issues, after 3 days the product would not be eligible for refunds.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
