物流政策

All orders placed on ziggychen.com will be shipped from our central warehouse located in Shanghai, China.

For orders shipping to China, we choose SF express as our logistic partner and shipping fee will be calculated during checkout procedure.

For all international orders, we choose DHL as our logistic partner and shipping fee will be calculated during checkout procedure.

For the orders from Russian Federation, based on the local policy, we are not authorized to ship parcels to individuals. We are glad to accept orders with company title and all relative documents.

Otherwise the order will be automatically cancelled and transaction fee is not returnable.

DHL EXPRESS SHIPPING: 30€.

TAXES AND DUTIES:

United States and Canada:

Taxes and import duties are not included.

Rest of the world:

Please notice that all import fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibilities of the client and are not calculated in the final price shown on the website.

Once the parcel is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to client's email address registered in the system. Ziggy Chen is not responsible for any delay caused by the courier.
